Limitations
Due to the capacity of our rooms, we’ve had to set a limitation on the number of seats for the conference. Hence, only 120 tickets are available across all categories.
The tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
To be able to book your personal conference program, you must have a profile on our website. The profile consists of your nickname, e-mail, and, if available, membership number. Be sure to use the same information as you provided on your ticket.

To be able to book your sessions, you need to:
- Have created a profile on this website.
- Have your profile approved by the Conference Team. This happens when you have bought / booked a conference ticket with the same order information. It may take up to 24 hours for the approval.
- There must be free seats on the relevant session.
- You can’t have an existing session booked, that overlaps in time.
Party
To attend the party, your need to purchase a separate ticket. You may attend the party, without attending the conference.
Party tickets costs DKK 30 for members of SMil Copenhagen and cooperatives.
Party tickets costs DKK 50 for non-members.
